1) What shipping options do you offer?

WE deliver through UPS and Fedex. You can select the kind of delivery you prefer
between Standard and Express delivery.

2) How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

3) When will I get my order? |
|
|
Once you receive the order confirmation e-mail, we verify that the items are in stock and prepare your parcel. Shipping times depend on the type of shipping (standard or express) you select on the first page of the cart. Remember that the times indicated there consider only business days (Monday-Friday) and that delays may be incurred during public holidays.

4) To which countries do you ship? |

We ship to all countries. NB: The courier service cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, FPO & APO.

5) How do I track my order?
|
|
|
It's quite simple: Click track order, enter your order number in the box and click SEND to view the status of your order. MY Platinum Diamond.com registered users have immediate access to the history and status of all their orders in the section MY ORDERS inside MY Platinum Diamond.com account. If have not registered with MY Platinum Diamond.com yet, do it now! |

6) What is a tracking Number? |
|
|
It's a reference number that the UPS courier associates with every shipment. You will find this number in the confirmation e-mail. Always use it if you want to contact UPS directly or to track your order. |

7) What happens if there is no one there to accept the delivery? |
|
|
The UPS service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with a toll-free number where you can contact UPS. After the third failed attempt, UPS will take the parcel to its own warehouse and Platinum Diamond.com will e-mail or phone you for new delivery instructions. If UPS is unable to deliver the parcel to you, they will return it the Platinum Diamond.com warehouse. We highly recommend that you give a delivery address where you will be easy to find (where you work perhaps, indicating name/company/business/office and, if necessary the number or name on the doorbell, internal number, if there is a concierge or other information.)
